Billet rail sheet metal valve covers for BBC and SBC with or without SMRE logo. We start with 3/8 6061 T6 aluminum billet rail, CNC machined to extremely tight tolerances. This provides a rigid sealing surface that remains flat even after repeated removals. Our covers are formed from .090 3003 H-14 aluminum. All valve covers are 100% TIG welded in fixtures and checked for fit on a cylinder head before packaging. Standard SBC and BBC listed on this page.
